Autodesk Adopts Dot Hill for High End Finishing Solutions

New High-Performance 16Gb Fibre Channel Storage Arrays Easily Support 4K Workflows in the Media and Entertainment Market

Dot Hill Systems has announced that Autodesk will deploy Dot Hill’s latest AssuredSAN platform.

Autodesk will integrate Dot Hill’s recently announced AssuredSAN 4004 storage systems featuring 16Gb Fibre Channel connections as part of Autodesk’s turnkey solution for 3D visual effects and finishing. Dot Hill’s systems can be configured as either Direct Attach Storage (DAS) or as a Storage Area Network (SAN) as needed.

Since its introduction of AutoCAD software in 1982, Autodesk continues to develop a broad portfolio of software for global markets.
