Jan Acceleware announced announces that it has granted stock options to acquire up to 1,380,000 common shares of the Corporation to certain of its employees, officers and directors. The options have an exercise price of $0.10 per common share and expire on January 26th, 2017. One third of the options shall vest on the first anniversary of the grant date, one third of the options shall vest on the second anniversary of the grant date, and the remaining options shall vest on the third anniversary of the grant date. The stock option grant is subject to regulatory approval.
