SEMI-THERM Announces Four Technical Short Courses Beginning February 21st, 2010SEMI-THERM 26, the 26th Annual Semiconductor Thermal Measurement, Modeling and Management Symposium, today announced four new technical development short courses for 2010. These professional short courses are being taught by professors from Villanova University, University of Texas, Stanford University and the Georgia Institute of Technology and attendees can receive IACET Continuing Educational Credits for these courses. The courses are being held during the SEMI-THERM 26 annual symposium, February 21st through the 26th in Santa Clara, California at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Courses include the Design of Air and Water Heat Exchangers, Cooling Challenges in 3D Packaging, Estimating Experimental Uncertainty and Energy Efficient Thermal Management of Data Centers. "Each year we bring in experts from around the world to share their knowledge with managers and engineers in the thermal management community" said Herman Chu of Cisco Systems, this year's program vice chair.
