Verari selects Continental Resources as a reseller for Verari products and services, including the BladeRack 2 X-Series, FOREST Container, and DataValet storage solutions: Verari Systems today announced its Reseller Program with Continental Resources (CRI), headquartered in Bedford, Massachusetts. CRI also has local resources covering New England, Chicago, Connecticut, DC, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia and Texas. Verari selected CRI as a reseller for its technical expertise and knowledge in planning and implementing integrated data center solutions across multiple industries.
 
The Reseller Program includes all Verari products and services and further enhances Verari’s holistic approach to delivering IT solutions based on its patented Vertical Cooling Technology. Based on a high velocity stream of cool air that drives away the hot air created by high performance components, Verari’s Vertical Cooling Technology solves data center cooling problems in the highest density compute/storage environments. By providing a superior cooling solution, Verari prevents CPU throttling, which sustains higher performance and availability.

Verari’s FOREST Containers are innovative, self-contained, portable data centers that house the BladeRack 2 X-Series platforms in an industry standard form factor (40’ x 8.0’ x 9.5’). Over 2,000 servers or 13 Petabytes of storage capacity can be deployed at about 50% of the capital and operating expense of traditional brick-and-mortar data centers. Energy efficiency, as measured by DCiE, equals 90%, which leads the industry. FOREST Containers can be installed indoors or outdoors, in virtually any terrain and climate, and can accommodate other vendors’ equipment to support heterogeneous IT environments. FOREST Containers are architected for rapid deployment and are a natural fit for data center consolidation, migration, and disaster recovery projects.
 
Verari’s DataValet storage solution offers breakthrough capabilities for fixed content storage. Data such as business records, product documentation, images, video, web pages, and medical imaging and records growth are not suited for traditional, expensive SAN or NAS storage. DataValet provides a scalable, high density, and cost effective clustered storage environment for massive amounts of unstructured data for both active and archive/compliance applications.
