Nscale and Anthropic are reportedly negotiating a second ~$45 billion cloud deal, potentially a 460 MW facility at the Monarch campus in West Virginia. But only about 2.5% of Nscale's $103.4B reported backlog was active as of August, and the first Anthropic agreement came without binding financing in place.
