Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan. Under the terms of the agreement, tMG will sell and support its NASTRAN-xMG product and TechnoStar's VENUS suite of software products in North America, and TechnoStar will sell and support its VENUS software suite of products and tMG's NASTRAN-xMG product in Asia and Europe. This partnership between two experienced teams of computer-aided-engineering software development and sales professionals further strengthens each company's ability to distribute and support its products worldwide. "The software cross-distribution agreement with TechnoStar delivers on tMG's commitment to provide users of computer-aided-engineering with advanced and innovative technologies for simulating the performance of their product designs earlier in the design cycle," said Mark Kenyon, CEO of tMG. "The ability to deliver and support the combination of NASTRAN-xMG and the VENUS software suite offers product development companies throughout the world the opportunity to access the most advanced technologies available for modeling and solving virtual product development simulation problems." "VENUS visual engineering software has helped our customers to achieve tremendous productivity gains within their digital engineering process. Being able to offer along with our VENUS product suite a NASTRAN-xMG system containing core simulation technologies developed by tMG, allows TechnoStar to meet its customers' demands for best in class virtual product development solutions," said Mars Tateishi, President of TechnoStar. "Together VENUS visual engineering software and NASTRAN-xMG provide a simulation environment that reduces product development time and increases the accuracy and reliability of simulation results.
