Pablo Suarez Named President, Bell Micro Latin America

Bell Microproducts today announced the appointment of Pablo Suarez to the position of president, Latin America. In his new position, Suarez will oversee all aspects of business operations in Latin America, reporting directly to Graeme Watt, president of worldwide distribution for Bell Micro.

For the past 15 years, Suarez has held several senior management roles with Ingram Micro, including posts in Europe and the United States. Most recently, Suarez served as vice president and managing director for Ingram Micro's UK operations. Prior to this position, Suarez was managing director for Ingram Micro's Miami export group in Miami, Florida, and Ingram's sales operation in Peru. During his tenure, Suarez contributed to making these operations profitable and stable under challenging market conditions. In addition, Suarez previously ran Ingram Micro's operations in Argentina, and managed purchasing at Ingram's corporate headquarters in Southern California.

"We will rely upon his vast experience and knowledge in the IT distribution arena to continue to expand Bell Micro's presence in the region, and to serve our diverse customer base in Latin and Central America."

Suarez holds a post graduate degree in Business Management from Austral University, Argentina, a bachelor's degree in Economy from Belgrano University, Argentina, and an Engineering degree from Catholic University, Argentina. He attended the prestigious Global CEO program from the IESE, Business School, University of Navarra, Spain.
